Approximate cost of lodging at the Castleton Courtyard Mariott  Hampton Inn Indianapolis-Ne/Castleton :  $50 $58.50 per student for 2 nights (4 per room), $100  $115 adults (2 per room).  Leave 3pm on Thursday, July 30, return late Saturday, Aug 1.  Cost for about 7 meals:  $60, plus contribution towards gas.  Total cost per student about $120 $130. Please signup ASAP to confirm your interest (parents also welcome to singup for travel info). 

Update (9 July):  Through the official Hampton Inn site, the booking was actually $5 cheaper per room, so I took advantage of the Travelocity (original booking) price match guarantee, and they refunded the money plus gave me a $50 travel voucher, which I will apply towards the 3rd student room IF NEEDED.  That would bring the rooms down to about $54 for students.  I'll ask for payment of $56 and refund students if we use the voucher on another room.

Update (21 July):  After calling a bunch of kids to confirm attendance, I purchased 2 additional rooms.  The first 4 cost $224.80, the 5th was $173 (using $50 voucher), the 6th was $223.  This is $216 per room for 2 nights;  $54 for quad occupancy.  Checks made out to Ann Kowalczyk can be mailed to 41516 Fawn Trail, 48375.  Please send an email with rooming requests to amkowalczyk@gmail.com

Update (27 July):  Please download waiver, itinerary and student list below.  Students MUST have a signed waiver to travel.  Meet at the high school bus turnaround at 10:45am on Thursday;  Ann's van will depart from the same location at 1pm. 2pm
