Field

Thanks to Freescale we have funding to construct a full size field in our build site!! It took 2 students and 2 mentors, a total of 50 hours to construct the 54' by 27' crater for this year’s competition. The field is full regulation size and cost a total of $1,100. The field will be utilized to test stability, traction, and reaction of the robot. We are very excited to have such a valuable resource at our disposal! We are planning on inviting local teams to scrimmage in the coming weeks. A very special thank you to Jeremy Hilliard, Mr. Hilliard, Jon Skowronek, and Mr. Skowronek for working overtime to make sure the field was completed in time for testing.
