Team 503, Frog Force is a robotics team from Novi, Michigan that competes in the FIRST Robotics Competition.  Sponsored by Magna Seating, fueled by Novi High School, the team consists of 51 students from Novi High School and 20 engineers, teachers, and technicians who mentor the team.

Since winning the 2001 Great Lakes Rookie All-Star Award, the team has evolved into a successful role-model team with three regional championships, two division championships, and one world championship.  However, Frog Force does not limit their passion for technology to winning matches.  The team serves as a consultant to many FIRST teams, and in 2009, three teams were mentored by team 503 at our facility. 

In 2009, Frog Force brought a solid yet elegant robot to play Lunacy, a game where robots glide along a low-friction surface attempt to shoot balls into our opponent's trailer.  Our robot, named the "Shermanator" after dedicated mentor Robert Sherman from Magna Seating, features a traction-control loaded drive system and a turreted shooter that shoots the balls into the opponents' trailers.
