About the App

From the comfort of your home, move through a complete series of seated and standing dance moves to the music you love. All you need is your computer. Enjoy getting easy feedback onscreen without having to buy a separate video game console. These dance moves are designed to relax the body and mind with fun music and invigorating movements. During each song, players mirror a dance performed by actors on the screen, following commands that appear on the screen, and are awarded for their accuracy.​


About Frog Force

Dancing Through the Decades was created by FIRST® Robotics Team 503 Frog Force from Novi High School in Novi, Michigan. As part of the 2021 FIRST Innovation Challenge presented by Qualcomm, our team and hundreds of others worldwide were tasked with a unique project. Participating teams identified a real-world problem related to this season’s theme FIRST GAME CHANGERS, powered by Star Wars: Force for Change. After identifying a fitness-related problem, teams then designed solutions, built business models, and delivered a pitch to compete with other FIRST Robotics Competition teams.​
